Superintendent’s Performance Standard Objectives (2022-2023)

  • Ensure that all District employees are evaluated by a method that recognizes achievement and provides high quality feedback for constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure that all communications with staff, Board and community members are clear and concise.
  • Provide Pennsylvania Core standards-aligned curricula and effective instructional practices consistently across all schools and classrooms for the benefit of all students.
  • Continue to implement the effective strategies we learned through the Covid closure to improve and enhance the student’s educational experiences.
  • Focus the faculty, staff and administrative team to be aware of the learning gap created through the Covid pandemic due to loss of learning.
  • Focus the faculty, staff, and administrative team to be aware of the social and emotional health of all students, families and employees.
  • Ensure that our school safety measures, our processes and procedures and our safety planning and preparation make our schools as safe as possible.
  • Oversee the implementation of new transportation software that allows parents to track the location of their child’s bus in real time via an online application.
  • Communicate and coordinate with our new Transportation Coordinator to address all parent concerns related to transportation. This will also include collaboration with our transportation provider.
  • Focus on the staffing issues and strategies to address lack of support staff especially in the areas of custodians and cafeteria workers.

  • Establish and implement new safety measures and protocols including but not limited too our new partnership with Standing Stone Consultants Inc, expansion of our partnership with Gaggle and using their anonymous tip-line, Speak-Up and establishment of our new Parent Advisory Committee that is focused on safety.

  • Institute a new bullying prevention program District wide called “The Panther Pledge Against Bullying.” I will oversee the implementation of this program and ensure that all stakeholders are educated and have the opportunity to communicate with their building principals. We will also adopt 4 non-negotiable, anti-bullying statements specific to each of our buildings that will be displayed in every classroom and hallway.
