REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – FSMC
The PENN CAMBRIA SCHOOL DISTRICT is requesting proposals for school full-service food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines.
A mandatory pre-bid walk-through meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 1:30PM at the Penn Cambria Pre-Primary Building, 205 6th Street, Cresson, PA 16630.
Please submit any questions in writing to FranciJM@pcam.org at least one week prior to the walk-through so that adequate time is available to answer all questions and to share all answers with all potential vendors.
All proposals must be received no later than 1:30 PM on Thursday, April 4, 2024. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Penn Cambria School District, Attn: Business Administrator, 201 6th Street, Cresson, PA 16630, and be clearly marked: Food Service Management Proposal.

The Penn Cambria School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
DOOR CONTROLLER/ALARM SYSTEMS AND INSTALLATION BID
The Penn Cambria School District is accepting bids for the purchase and installation of DOOR CONTROLLER/ALARM SYSTEMS for the 2023-24 fiscal year.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Business Office, Penn Cambria SD, 201 6th St., Cresson, PA 16630 until 1:00 PM – Monday – March 11, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened. All bid envelopes shall be properly sealed and appropriately marked on the outside of the envelope, “DOOR CONTROLLER/ALARM SYSTEMS AND INSTALLATION”.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
