Kindergarten Registration March 25th and March 26

To register your child, please contact 814-886-8166 ext. 1104 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday).
To comply with the School District Policy #201, a child must by five (5) years old before the first day of September of the school term for kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year. The child’s birthday must be NO LATER THAN AUGUST 31, 2021.
STEP#1
Call 814-886-8166 ext. 1104 to schedule an appointment for March 25th or March 26th and to have the registration packet mailed to you to complete and return at your scheduled appointment. Appointments will be available between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM both days.
STEP#2
Complete the registration packet and gather all required documents. YOU MUST HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
*Immunization records- Ask the doctor’s office to fax prior to registration if possible. (Fac# 814-886-4780)
*The school nurse will review these documents.
*Child’s birth certificate or other approved proof of age.
*Parent/Guardian driver’s license or other proof of residency
*Custody or court papers if applicable
STEP#3
On-site registration meeting
*Bring the completed registration packet and required documents with you.
*Please bring your child to the registration.
