Transcripts: Seniors needing an unofficial transcript to complete college applications should request a copy by emailing Mrs. Adams at adamssr@pcam.org, a copy will then be emailed (or a hard copy will be available, if requested, in the office).
If a college requests an official transcript and the student is under 18 a parent must fill out and sign a release form.
Final transcript release forms will be handed out close to graduation and must be filled out and returned in order for your Final Official Transcript to be sent to the college/university/trade school you will be attending.
Cap & Gown Ordering & Pick Up: Graduation cap & gowns order information was sent home. Order Deadline is Monday, September 29, 2025. Announcements will be made when they will be available for pick up, typically sometime in May. Students must pay when picking up. Cyber students may come to the high school office between 7:00 AM & 3:00 PM after receiving notification to get their cap and gown.
Senior Pictures & Ads – Submitted by info TBD
Pictures & senior quotes must be submitted by February 2nd. Parents must submit Ads through Jostens.com.
