A physical exam is required for grades K, 6, & 11 as well as any new student entering a PA school for the first

A dental exam is required for grades K, 3, & 7 as well as any new student entering a PA school for the first time.

Hearing screenings are completed on all students in grades K-3, 7 & 11 as well as any students in an ungraded
classroom.
Vision screenings are completed on all students in grades K-12.
Growth screenings are completed on all students in grades K-12 with a required growth letter to be provided to the
parent or guardian.
A scoliosis screening is completed on all 6th and 7th graders. A private physical form counts for 6th grade
requirement.
