Transcript requests must be made in writing and must include student signature.  You may make requests via fax, mail or in person.

There is no charge for students graduating within the last year.  Others are charged a $1.00 fee per transcript request.

As per PA School Code 4.24(i), all student transcripts beginning with the Class of 2017 will include the highest performance level demonstrated by the student on each Keystone Exam (Algebra, Biology and Literature) at the time the transcript is produce.

Written transcript requests should include the following:
Student Name (Maiden Name if applicable)
Graduation Year
Signature of Student (or parent/guardian if student is under 18)
Address to which you would like transcript mailed

Note: In accordance with PA School Code 4.24(i), student transcripts prior to and including the Class of 2013 include PSSA scores for Reading, Math, Science and Writing.  You may request that this PSSA information is not released when obtaining a transcript copy.  Please include this request in the written transcript request.
